I help couples all over the United States. I have lived in multiple areas, including TX, FL, and NJ. Living in different places sharpened my ability to plan around weather, culture, and environment. Through video chats, I can help you plan your wedding anywhere! I grew up in a huge city and then moved to small towns. I grew up in Canada and visited over 20 countries.
⏰2) What are your hours?
I'm available for video chats on weekdays and weekends. Easily book an afternoon or evening appointment on my calendar. Rescheduling is just as simple, no emails needed.
🖊️3) Is a Wedding Cost Slasher equal to a Wedding Planner?
I'm a unique cost-focused wedding helper. Too many couples go into debt, so I want to give them a better path. With thoughtful spending and good research we can avoid waste. Wedding planners are common, but this service stands out by responding to today’s economic pressure.

Yes. Customers sign up trusting my abilities, so you will work directly with me (not junior employees).

Yes. My husband and I just celebrated our first lovely year of marriage. Our wedding venue had a view of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia.

Yes, I can be a great resource. I created checklists and collected examples we can look through. I keep us organized with polished, easy to use materials.

Yes, with some creativity and flexibility.
🤝9) How far in advance should I book your services?
Starting early lets me work with your full budget. If some money is already spent, I will help you carefully manage what is left. Some couples have a target date, such as wanting to get married outdoors before it gets too cold. Whether your wedding is 1 year away or 6 months away, I can step in to help research solutions to every challenge.
🎁🎉10) What's your best advice for a successful celebration?
I believe that reading contracts before signing them is important. Venues often hide things in the paperwork. Maybe you need to exit the venue by 9 pm, or pay an additional $200/hour. Don't let venues bully you. Your bargaining power peaks before you sign, so use it. Walk away from unfair terms. The right vendor is worth the search. You need to able to trust them with your wedding day.
🎇11) Do you plan events other than weddings?
No, I only plan weddings and related events. I assist with planning pre-event and post-event gatherings, such as bachelorette parties, engagement surprises 🎈and honeymoon travel.
🛫12) Do you travel for weddings?
Not typically, but we can discuss it if you really need it. WedCostSlash is about reducing costs, not adding travel expenses to your bill.

A wedding vendor is anyone you pay for a service or product. This includes photography, catering, party buses and the venue where the wedding is located. Restaurants and hotels can also be included.
